Q: Do you work with residential home owners or business owners?
A: Yes, we work with all types of customers who need dumpsters. We typically work with homeowners, business owners, & contractors. Our typical homeowner is looking for a reliable dumpster service, priced reasonable, with a pleasant staff. Our typical contractor is looking for a dependable dumpster service for the job site that they can count on when they need it. Most of our customers like that we answer the phone, offer same day service options, have great customer service, & our on time track record. Our current customers refer to us as the reliable dumpster rental service.
Q: What does a junk hauling dumpster rental cost?
A: We offer simple flat rate pricing based upon the location of your job site & the size of the dumpster you need. Call us at 727-475-1080 with location details and we can give you a pricing quote. If you are not sure about the size of the dumpster you need, we can help you, we are here to make it easy!
Q: What does the flat rate price include?
Our flat rate pricing includes the following:
Q: Are there any other fees?
A: We do not charge "hidden fees". We have heard about "environmental fees", "fuel surcharge fees", "convenience fees", "booking fees", "delivery fees", an so on. Our pricing is a flat rate for a set weight allowance and time frame, we try to keep it as simple as we can for you to do business with us!
Q: What if I go over the weight allowance?
A: Each dumpster rental includes a set tonnage or weight allowance. If you go over the weight allowance, there would be an additional tonnage charge. This will be determined upon your location, weight at the dump & type of debris. Our typical customer does not go over the weight allowance unless you are dumping a lot of tile, concrete, soil, rocks, or other heavy items.
Q: What sets you apart from other dumpster services?
A: There are many reasons we are the best dumpster rental around Tampa, here are some of the things that set us apart that you can expect with us!
Q: Do you require a deposit in order to rent a dumpster?
A: No, we do require a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. We do not accept cash or check.
Q: I live in a condo and need same day delivery & pick up, can you do that?
A:We do offer same day drop & pick service if you schedule in advance with us. We'll want to coordinate with your HOA for delivery & pick up restrictions as well as times we are allowed to work in your community. Please try to coordinate details with us at least 48 hours in advance.
Q: What kind of dumpster do I need?
A: You need our type. We are the only company designed to be Residential Friendly. Our dumpsters come with 100% Driveway Protection, they use up the same footprint of a minivan, double doors on the loading side for easy walk in loading (nothing has to get lifted over the rim), and we even do a post job clean up under the dumpster after we pick it up! Now if you need help picking you can:
Q: What is your driveway protection guarantee?
A: Our drivers will place boards under the dumpster so that it never touches the driveway. Although this does not guarantee there will be no damage; it does prevent cracks, mark/scrapes for rollers or rails, and rust stains.
Q: Do I need to be onsite for delivery of the dumpster?
A: You are not required to be home or at the job site dumpster location for delivery, instead you can leave specific instructions for our driver on where you'd like the dumpster to be placed and when we should pick up. We can also pick up or haul your trash away when you need us and you do not need to be home.
Q: How much notice do I need to give when ordering my dumpster?
A: Sometimes we can do same day delivery and almost alway next day. As the old saying goes “the more the merrier”, the more days in advance we know the the easier your drop off is to plan. We prefer a day or 2 notice. Keep in mind that if you need a dumpster Tuesday morning plan to have it delivered the day prior, in this case Monday to ensure you have it on time when you need it.
Q: How high can I fill the dumpster?
A: Per law it must be a level load and everything must be secure. We hand tarp all our dumpsters to ensure we are hauling a safe load. Do not load your dumpster over the side height.
Q: What areas do you provide dumpster rental service to?
A: We currently provide service in the following areas:
Q: What is allowed and not allowed in the dumpster?
Q: Can I put appliances in the dumpster? Q: Can I put electronics in the dumpster? Pinellas County http://www.pinellascounty.org/solidwaste/swapshop.htm Pinellas County Mobile Collection http://www.stpete.org/sanitation/residential/docs/mobile_collection_schedule.pdf Q: Do you accept tires? Q: Can i throw out my old bike even with tires on? Q: Can I throw my old lawn equipment in the dumpster? Q: Do you accept mattresses/box springs? Q: Are you insured? Q: Are you licensed?
A: Refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers and AC units are always a big “NO”. Call the office to check on other appliances you need to dispose of.
A: “NO” electronics are not permitted in dumpsters, there are extra fees for these types of items if they are flagged by the dump. You can recycle your electronics, here are some quick links & resources for you
A: When arranged ahead of time, we can accept tires. There are extra fees for tires and we need to know ahead of time because not all dumps take tires. So if you have not received prior confirmation from us, you may be charged the tire fee & a trip fee if we need to go to a second dump.
A: Yes, you can for bike tires
A: Depending on the area in which you are located. Most likely, YES. As long as any fluids (gas, oil, etc) are totally drained from the equipment. You may be able to post this on craigslist for someone to pick up for free also.
A: We do accept mattresses and box springs however, please make sure they fit entirely in your dumpster, do not fill over the top of the dumpster. Do you need a dumpster rental for your home or business?
A: Yes, we maintain insurance and this is a great questions to ask of any dumpster or trailer service you are considering. If there was a claim on your property or worksite, an uninsured company could pose a great financial risk to you.
A: Yes, we are a FL registered company and have local permits. Some municipalities require a haulers permit and some charge additional taxes. Haulers that are not permitted may charge you a lower fee, however, those haulers are working illegally and that could be a financial risk for you. Unlicensed haulers typically do not hold insurance either, be very careful to work with only legitimate haulers with the appropriate licensing & insurance.
